We stay on top of the most cutting edge research by reading the latest scientific journals in both nutrition and medicine.  We attend conferences on the latest approaches to help clients reach their nutrition goals - whether it be losing weight or having the proper fuel to train for a marathon or knowing how to follow a diabetic diet.

We treat our clients as partners.  We possess a firm belief that our clients are capable of thinking for themselves and smart enough to discern fact from fiction. We don't believe in gimmicks, fads, diets, or nonsense. We don't sell supplements or food and we don't represent any companies.
